CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you change your mind about your order or have any questions, you can always contact me. Whenever getting in touch about your order, just try and remember one little detail… order reference! The sooner I get your unique reference number, the better – this helps me finding your order in a quick and easy way.

  • If you want to add products to your order, please contact me: Be fast – if your previous order has not been shipped yet, you won't have to pay shipping charges twice. 
  • To change details of your delivery address, remove products from your order or cancel it completely, send me an email and let me know what changes you would like to make to the order. Oh and also – remember that reference number!
  • If your order has already been dispatched or delivered and you would like to change or return anything, just follow our Returns procedure, explained below.
  • You can cancel an order and return new, unopened items within seven days of receiving your products. The purchase price excluding delivery charges will be refunded once we have received the returned item(s). You hold responsibility for the cost of return.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase! If you want to return your Microphone Mania order, please let me know within seven days of receiving your order and I'll help you out.

If you feel like your Microphone Mania product isn't what you were looking for, and you would like to return it to me, just send it back to the address listed below. I will exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card, or PayPal account, of the person who originally paid for the order. I'm always looking for feedback, so if you want to let me the reason why it's not right for you, just drop us an email or contact me.

If you return a product to me, please remember the importance of keeping the items in a re-saleable condition. Tip: keep all original packaging and labels for your unused product. Please also wrap the items securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit. I cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

Your refund will be processed within 7 days from when I receive your return. If after this time you haven't received your refund, please contact me.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please email me or contact me immediately so that I can arrange a replacement.

I cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result, so if you're buying in currencies other than EUR, GBP and USD, please keep this in mind.
